Kan Şekerim
A blood glucose diary for iOS that keeps every reading on the phone. Log a measurement in three taps, see where you stand, and hand your doctor a clean PDF instead of a notebook.
Nothing leaves the phone
Readings live in local storage only — no account, no backend, no analytics. The app works fully offline, which also means there is no database of health records to breach.
Six languages, one binary
Turkish, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic, including a right-to-left layout. Language and unit (mg/dL or mmol/L) are detected from the device and stay overridable.
Built for the doctor's visit
One tap turns the log into a dashboard PDF or a CSV file. Print colours are a separate palette from the screen theme, because the on-screen mint tones drop to 2.3:1 contrast on paper.
Fasting and post-meal, never mixed
The two reading types have different clinical thresholds, so the chart separates them by shape as well as colour — readable even when printed in black and white.
A health app that collects no health data
- Glucose readings are written to the device's local storage and nowhere else — there is no server to send them to.
- On iOS the app asks before touching the advertising identifier. Decline and the ads simply stop being personalised; nothing in the app is withheld.
- EU and UK users get Google's consent screen before any ad loads, and can change that choice later from the app's settings.
- Exports are user-initiated: the PDF or CSV goes wherever you send it, and only then.
The app is a logging tool — it does not diagnose or give medical advice, and the reference ranges it shows are general ones rather than the personal targets a doctor sets. Full details are in the privacy policy.
